They involve complex land tenure and community relationships, and they require ongoing active ecological management just like physical assets in other asset classes. They must also produce credits of a consistently high quality, as assessed by ratings agencies, investors and buyers, for the duration of the asset life.
We use major projects techniques, including detailed project execution planning and Front-End- Loading and to provide a high degree of confidence of project success. We deliberately and carefully design ecological interventions, community economics, financing structure and the execution and asset management plan together, to the standard of definition any major infrastructure asset demands. Capital can only flow at scale into assets that are objectively investable.
We run one set of systems and standards across every project and jurisdiction, adapted to the conditions of each local ecosystem, community and context. We pair best-in-class senior global leadership with in-country operating teams who understand each biome, and hold every project to a best-in-class quality standard.
We design, develop, own and operate our projects, from nursery to issued credit, in a vertically integrated system in order to ensure the control of quality. We treat nature as a physical asset class. As with other infrastructure assets, nature infrastructure requires skilled local operating teams, overseen by senior global management, to deliver quality over the life of the asset.
Our ecosystem restoration projects are long-life, living assets. Their value depends on decades of continual, disciplined operation. Permanence comes from how we design and operate the asset and, critically, by ensuring that each project delivers transformative benefits for local communities.

Verified Carbon Removals
Our projects produce long-duration biological carbon removals. We register them under the leading carbon standards, with a target of having each project achieve an A rating or better by an independent ratings agency. We operate every project on the ground continuously, ensuring quality for the life of the asset.

Ecosystem Integrity
Our projects do more than produce high-quality carbon. They restore biodiverse, native-species ecosystems across degraded biomes. We design them to the Climate, Community and Biodiversity Standards (CCB) and work to monitor Ecosystem Integrity Index metrics, not just carbon outcomes. We operate them as real assets and monitor progress and outcomes continuously.

The communities on and around the land we restore hold a direct, long-term economic stake in every project. A 40+ year asset survives on shared economic interest rather than goodwill. We own and operate high-integrity ecosystem restoration assets across multiple jurisdictions and biome types. We keep core delivery in-house because execution integrity and long-term physical asset management produce durable, high-quality carbon and biodiversity outcomes. Top decile quality or better is the standard that we seek to achieve and uphold across our entire operations.
